I founded Executive Inspiration Consulting in 2012 on the belief that there is a vast sea of untapped human potential in every organization just waiting to be released, and that most companies are missing the mark by not making that a central aspect of their culture and practices. I believe passionately in the power of the individual spirit to bring about widespread transformation, and the role of teams in moving vision forward into reality.
Over the course of my career I have worked across a broad spectrum of organizations and industries and have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to leadership and organizational culture. As an executive coach and change management consultant, my focus has been on helping companies to leverage cultural strategy as a driver of innovation and creativity, and bridging the gap between traditional knowledge and experience and the fast-moving demands of today’s increasingly tech-centric landscape. My vision is of a cohesive, generationally-integrated, technology-empowered workforce that drives breakthrough results for your organization and your valuable customers.
